The service area is usually able to schedule me at desired time. They are quick, professional and courteous when you drop off the car. I had to wait 1 1/2 hour just to get a key cut and programmed, which I was told only occurs on Mondays, and also to have my interior looked at by detailing. This review is specifically for Dustin regarding my previous review. Dustin stepped up to the plate to assist me when no one else cared to help me get my key programmed. I explained to him that I arriv previous review. Dustin stepped up to the plate to assist me when no one else cared to help me get my key programmed. I explained to him that I arrived at 10:30am to get my key programmed to my car. He informed me that the programmer was scheduled to arrive at 9 but didn't get there until after 11:00am and he told Dustin that he didn't know I was even there. Dustin went out of his way to fill up my gas tank right when it started pouring rain, since he was unable to get it done on-site to help make up for my time lost waiting for nothing to make everything right. He even stated that he would have someone scheduled to come to my location on my time to program the key since they were unsuccessful at the dealership. Not only that, but he would have detailing take care of the interior issue I brought to his attention along with giving me floor mats. It's better than being ignored for almost 3.5 hours and I appreciate his professionalism and going out of his way to make things right. That's dead these days. You would think that folks would appreciate their opportunity to get back to work after the pandemic instead of complaining about being stuck in the house with no way to bring in income. But no, people are even more selfish, inconsiderate, inattentive, and unprofessional as before and they take their time and the people they serve for granted. I don't believe the customer's always right, but if you want to have a lasting relationship with them work on that. More
