My exietiece was not good initially until I got a call from manager Ryan. He recommended Kim El Cora to assist and everything been excellent with her help. She is going the extra mike to make sure I get the vehicle that is best for me since I’m having issues with the space and comfort of my new vehicle she is trying to see if Im able to switch to another one. This Dealership overall was good. Sales, did a Excellent job..the Management in Sales did everything right. The service department Management are not good, I had several issues with m Sales, did a Excellent job..the Management in Sales did everything right. The service department Management are not good, I had several issues with my Car and called 3 times to speak to a manager about it and no one got on the phone or called back. The regular service employees are excellent...but the service department Management need training and someone needs to find out why, they don't want to speak with customers about issues, the Service Department is their to provide service...not to avoid customers issues...as of now, I still haven't spoken to anyone. More
