We then discussed what model, color, etc. I wanted on my new 4Runner. Within the day, he was able to give me my trade in value, along with purchase value. He said it may take 6 - 8 weeks. I believe it was only 5 weeks. He held it for me until I could get to Charlotte, and then gave me a nice surprise of another $!,000 off! Great customer service, always timely with responses.
