New Tires- Great Price and Quick Service Pete Acree helped me replace the tires on my Camry. And then after that...he came in under the estimate and time promised - it was a super experience for me! Plus I could work in their cubbies with free wi fi. I also greatly appreciate the discounts Scott Clark has been sending as this helped my cost of service. I also want to note I appreciate the recall notifications and Toyota standing behind their vehicles and owning up to the responsibility to fixing the defects. Everyone was polite and I didn't have any poor experience. My last note would be regarding attitude / cheerfulness / enthusiasm. Houston and another gentleman who took my Prius from the Service Drop Off point (who's name I don't recall now) but they were the only two who had a good attitude/cheerfulness about them. Don't get me wrong, everyone else I encountered was polite, but something seemed to be different when I returned to pick up my Prius. My overall sense when I returned was different than earlier that morning. Not certain what. It was lunch time, maybe everyone just needed to eat, else some cheering up. More
