Prius Service I was impressed with the team when I first dropped off the car. Houston was very helpful to address my concerns and reason for my visit. I also greatly appreciate the discounts Scott Clark has been sending as this helped my cost of service. I also want to note I appreciate the recall notifications and Toyota standing behind their vehicles and owning up to the responsibility to fixing the defects. Everyone was polite and I didn't have any poor experience. My last note would be regarding attitude / cheerfulness / enthusiasm. Houston and another gentleman who took my Prius from the Service Drop Off point (who's name I don't recall now) but they were the only two who had a good attitude/cheerfulness about them. Don't get me wrong, everyone else I encountered was polite, but something seemed to be different when I returned to pick up my Prius. My overall sense when I returned was different than earlier that morning. Not certain what. It was lunch time, maybe everyone just needed to eat, else some cheering up. More

New Tires- Great Price and Quick Service Pete Acree helped me replace the tires on my Camry. And then after that...he came in under the estimate and time promised - it was a super experience for me! Plus I could work in their cubbies with free wi fi. Did all big things but not all the little things Among the services that were to be done was "topping off of all fluids". While all the major work was done just fine, the windshield washer fluid was Among the services that were to be done was "topping off of all fluids". While all the major work was done just fine, the windshield washer fluid was not filled. You really need to do all you say you are going to do. As cheap as washer fluid is, there's no excuse for not filling it. You could probably do it on every service like the car washes after a service. More
