I moved to Indian Land a little more than 2 and a half years ago, tried another Toyota dealership service center slightly closer to home and it's visu I moved to Indian Land a little more than 2 and a half years ago, tried another Toyota dealership service center slightly closer to home and it's visually obvious that Scott Clark is head and shoulders at the top of the quality service pyramid. I at the last minute made an 12:45 weekday appointment for a 45k normal maintenance check. My experience was managed by Jamie Procaccini; who displays the qualities of someone I would hire. He explained the end to end process, thoroughly answered my questions and took the time to listen to my "old man" (my words) advice. Additionally, the physical layout of your growing service department makes one (at least me) appreciate the very noticeable complexity and plethora of moving pieces engaged to make what appears to be a smooth running organization that cares about it's staff and customer experiences.. I don't remember the names of the other staff members who were part of my experience, but likewise kudos to them.. More

The waiting area is so comfortable, had a nice cup of coffee and got my nails done:) I also had to get a new battery for my key and the parts man was very nice and then when I checked out the cashier always greets you with a smile. I have to drive from South Charlotte, pass your competitor, but so worth the drive. Thanks for your professionalism and kindness. More

120K Maintenance apt I brought my 2008 Sienna in for it's 120K maintenance appointment. I knew my front 2 tires were pretty bald but I was just hoping to rotate since the I brought my 2008 Sienna in for it's 120K maintenance appointment. I knew my front 2 tires were pretty bald but I was just hoping to rotate since the back ones were still in pretty good condition. I discussed options about the tires with Steve. At no point did I feel pressured to buy new tires all though I did. I didn't realize the combination of both services was going to take a lot longer than I originally thought. My appointment was at 9 and I needed my car to be ready by 2 in order to pick up my 4 kids from school. Instead of using the shuttle service Steve offered to get me a rental car at no additional cost to me so neither of us felt the pressure of time on when my car would be ready. Thank goodness because my car wasn't ready until 5. Steve called me during the day to let me know of some other recommendations of services and to let me know how it was going. The return of the rental and pick up of my van was fast and easy. More
