It may not happen every time, but the Service Department was able to take my vehicle on a Saturday... during a holiday week, with only 30 minutes noti It may not happen every time, but the Service Department was able to take my vehicle on a Saturday... during a holiday week, with only 30 minutes notice from me. Even though I only told him that I needed regular service (oil change, fluid check etc.) and a state inspection, Justin came back and reminded me that there was another service I had put off the last them I had been in. Service on my Toyota Van My van was in warranty and I have been having a problem with the sun roof not closing sometimes. The problem is hit an miss. He found the problem and got it to do it several times. He ordered the part for me and completed the service(change oil, ext). Billy is a very friendly person and goes the extra mile.
