Good availability but service rep was abrupt and rude. was not invited to the desk for price review, no costs were disclosed until service was completed. Knew I had not been there before but did not explain where to get my car after car wash until I asked, car was washed and the antenna was removed, I was not aware and when I was driving and had to brake suddenly the antenna flew across the dash and into the face of my passenger. Very dangerous and rude not to tell me that had been done and I had to put it back myself. More

Was never notified of service completion until multiple calls made. I was told service would be completed within 1-1.5 hrs, it was 4.5 before I received my vehicle.
