Well this is MY DAUGHTERS car and Petey got called up to deal with my irate wife because he would not sacrifice $35 for assistance with a clearly visible nail in the tire that the rotor replacement and inspection should have caught. Pete threatened my wife, yelled and tried to intimidate her. Over… wait…… $35. (We have spent Thousands): I’m glad I wasn’t there Petey, we would have had a different conversation. I had an appointment at 11:00 am and left it there to get oil changed and a state inspection. Long story short. My car was ready for pickup until after 4 that afternoon. I got a ride from a coworker when I left work at 5 which I got there shortly after 5. I had requested that my car get ran through the car wash and it was on the work order and I also told the young guy at the key counter the same thing and he told me as a matter of fact attitude that they run all cars through the car wash. I go outside to wait on my car to be pulled around, and guess what my car had not been run through the car wash. The gentleman that brought my car around took my car to run it through the car wash after I told him that it was supposed have been done, he also apologized for the inconvenience. I don’t know where the communication stopped but I was ready to go home after Scott Clark had my call for over 5 hours. More
