I love this dealership. They are always fast and very polite. I come from the next city over because I really like this dealership. I needed the pin strip kit for my 2021 camery TRD and he literally took 1 hour just to help me figure the correct kit to buy . I wouldn’t go no where else. More

Scott Clark Toyota is really good in providing attention to your Toyota auto needs. They do a good job of communicating what will be done and taking the time to talk with you about your car’s condition. T to your Toyota auto needs. It’s comforting to know that they are there to accommodate your car’s service needs. I do find that they are slow when it comes time to have your car brought around while you wait. The wait times can be 15 minutes. That is too long just to have your car brought to you. They do not ask if you want your car to be washed, and they should ask as you may be in a hurry, or simply don’t want a car wash. Scott Clark, can you instruct your staff to ask customers? Also, there should be at least two (2) staff members assigned to retrieving customer cars and bringing them to waiting customers. Scott Clark does a good job overall. Also, they do not carry all parts in inventory and need to order what would seem a part to have-on-hand. Like, an oil, differential, transfer case, or ATF drain plug. Those should always be on-hand. When stock gets low, re-order. Roy Angus Jr., who helped me with several fluid changes on my 2004 4Runner on 01/31/2022, is very professional and provides excellent service! More
