Communication. I had a appointment waited 2 hours and Mary didn’t even bother to come tell me what was going on. I had to remove the plastic, paper mats and all tags from inside my car. More

The service advisor (Bruce Lee) did an excellent job. He took the time to confirm service requirements for this visit. After writing up the order, he explained that I would get a text confirming what work n took the time to confirm service requirements for this visit.
