Today’s visit was one of the best I’ve had. I purchased a 2006 Matrix in 2005 and had it serviced at Scott Clark until 2020 when I sold it and purchased a 2020 Rav 4. I’ve had good service for the most part 2006 Matrix in 2005 and had it serviced at Scott Clark until 2020 when I sold it and purchased a 2020 Rav 4. I’ve had good service for the most part but this visit was superb. Brandon was very respectful and kind; his name isn’t listed below but I give him 5 stars. I was told it would take 90 minutes and it only took 40 minutes. That’s the shortest time I ever waited over the past 15 years. I don’t plan to take my vehicle anywhere else even after the warranty period. More
