Tire and Alignment I've bought two cars from Scott Clark and always have my service work done at the dealership. Very happy with the quality of service. This particular visit was a bit exasperating in that it took over 3 hours to have a tire replaced and an alignment done. Mohammed Dani was the agent and he was wonderful and was caught in the middle of a bad situation. The insurance company (tire was bursted) was giving him a hard time. I was doing likewise after a while in that I don't drive at night and it was getting late in the afternoon and I had almost an hour to drive home. Again, Mohammed was very apologetic and it was not his fault. I just felt that it was an unusual amount of time to have one tire replaced and an alignment done. May I suggest that you not schedule so many appointments and take care of those you do have in a more timely manner? Otherwise, all was well. More

The service I received from Scott Clark Toyota was surprising. I recently moved here and just dropped in on a whim just to see when I could schedule my service and they were able to take me right in. surprising.
