Beware of this racist dealership. They treat the customers depending on there color of your skin. They say they don’t have any and Chrysler need to provide them with loaner vehicles. I will never buy or service my vehicle at this dealership again. They are not honoring the selling point they pitched when you purchase the vehicle. This only applies to certain people and it was witnessed. More
Service was great, super helpful professional and the environment was friendly really welcoming. Took over two hours for oil change and tire rotation. Not a thrill waiting in the lobby. Suggest you advise how long it would take. Should be an easy time to project based on backlog. I'm a loyal Dodge-Ram customer, took my Ram 2500 in for service (oil, fuel filter and brake change) technician forgot to put oil back in truck before taking it on a test drive and blew the engine. I was called by the service manager who expressed regret for the incident assuring me "they would make it right". I guess we have different understanding of what make it right means. I have been without my truck for a month now. They offered to buy the truck for 5k less than value, but if i bought a new one from them they would match the valuation. However when i mentioned the Affiliate Rewards program they were quick to say they would not participate. This is clearly an attempt by the dealership to reduce the cost of their mistake and pass along the burden to a loyal Ram customer. Total lack of customer obsession or even basic customer service.
