He worked with me on a daily basis to keep me updated on when they would be receiving the car I wanted, and helped me secure a deposit in a timely manner. He even provided advice and assistance when I was planning my trip from DC to PA to pick up the car. He allowed me to test drive the car with him, and he knew everything! He answered all my questions and was able to teach me all the ins and outs. He even provided a helpful resource for me of tutorial videos in case I need help with anything in the future.
