Great. ..great customer service. Matthew Moravec, our service rep, is outstanding. Courteous, knowledgeable and very helpful. He takes the time to go thro ..great customer service. Matthew Moravec, our service rep, is outstanding. Courteous, knowledgeable and very helpful. He takes the time to go through all our questions and really listens to his customers. We waited for our two cars to be serviced and Matt periodically stopped by and kept us up to date on what was happening and gave us an accurate timeframe as to when everything would be ready. He went over all the details regarding the work that was done and explained everything. During our wait, we also had the pleasure of meeting Carol who runs the dealership's food stand. She has a wonderful personality, ensures the area is kept clean, all supplies are available for the customers and takes pride in providing handmade sandwiches and other treats. She makes the wait time enjoyable. Carol's name should be added to the listing below so we could also give her 5 stars! More
