I don’t see what’s the point of making a apt when my car will just be sitting in the lot for 6 days without being work on. I have a ring camera that lets me know on my phone when my car is turn on or off & will just be sitting in the lot for 6 days without being work on. I have a ring camera that lets me know on my phone when my car is turn on or off & it wasn’t even move for 4 days. Try texting & calling to see what’s the update on my car, no answer or reply. Great experience at new express service. In and out for oil change and tire rotation in 30 minutes. Jay (sp?) was fantastic. Only suggestion would be to upgrade waiting lounge area a bit. I brought my car to be serviced around July 15th or so. First they over charged me for the brakes. I noticed this on the invoice and told them it needed to be changed to the correct pricing. Then it took 30-35 minutes for the dealership to move other cars parked in front of my jeep. The brakes work well. Also, when I brought the car to the dealership, my engine light was not on. The brakes work well. A flash update was done of the car. Fuel injection cleaned. Oil change. When I left the dealership the engine was on and has not turned off since that day. I rarely drive my jeep since I have another vehicle. I thought it would eventually turn off by itself and it has not. I went online to schedule another appointment to bring it in to get the light turned off. Unfortunately, my appointment is not until September 8, 2023. However, the service guy I worked with was pleasant. More
