They made up an entire story about how I drive my car and that's why my warranty was going to get voided!!! My vehicle was at the dealer for a week and nothing was fixed because they were unable to duplicate the issue, yet when I drove it home it happened. Our experience with Edgar was terrible. We have delt with him twice and its been awful each time. His communication skills are horrible. Cant get in touch with him. He will not call back. When we did get updates our vehicle which had a scheduled appointment and had been there several days had not even been looked at for the main issue it was brought in for. The whole experience was terrible. The problem it needed fixed required the door to be adjusted and its still not functioning properly but I almost cant imagine bringing it back. More
I purchased a 3rd party warranty through the dealership to get my key fobs replaced. When I went on to have them replaced, the service advisor told me that the company offering the warranty wasn't willing to get my key fobs replaced. When I went on to have them replaced, the service advisor told me that the company offering the warranty wasn't willing to pay the hourly rate that the dealership charges for this service. Why the xxxx am I purchasing something through the dealership that cannot even be used because of labor charge discrepancies. This should not be sold or offered to clients if it cannot be redeemed.
