'DEAL OR ...NO DEAL'...A FRUSTRATING MYRIAD OF INCOMPETENCE! "BUYER BEWARE" ...YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED! After spending hours searching the Internet and the "Sea of Trucks" available, my Wife & I found what seemed "BUYER BEWARE" ...YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED! After spending hours searching the Internet and the "Sea of Trucks" available, my Wife & I found what seemed to be the ideal 2016 Dodge Ram 1500 Big Horn Crew Cab we hoped to purchase through Scott Robinson Dodge/Jeep. We made an appointment and drove our trade-in for a test drive and a possible offer/deal! It was the beginning of a long frustrating experience not knowing whether this Dealership of Fools were capable or even desired to complete a sale. After being met by Ammar (Team Sales Manager) with a welcoming cordial introduction to Daniel Rojas (Sales) we took our future truck for a drive. We felt it was exactly what we sought for days on the Internet. We did have a 2004 Dodge Ram 1500 we wanted to trade in which is the beginning of our "Nightmare on Hawthorne Blvd"! First, we informed that there was "No Negotiations" on their vehicle as they were already discounted and informed by our Salesman that the Wholesale Buyer purchased the truck wrong leaving "No Room for Negotiation Whatsoever"! What? Granted it was a good price but certainly I am not one to pay for someone else's mistakes. Naturally, Daniel indicated that my truck was going to be wholesaled and that they would not come close to what the market & Internet was showing as a "Going Rate". We decided to sell it Private Party in which it sold in two days. Next, we found a unexplained $1295.00 charge for a tracking device which Daniel insisted was "Mandatory" by "MOPAR". xx! Understanding, these devices are installed on potential deadbeat buyers and repossessions. We had a limited budget to work with and hidden charges are not going to be tolerated. Of Course, Daniel refused to remove it as I refused to pay for it and tried to encourage us into a Extended Warranty for an additional $3499. I THINK NOT!!!! I was getting frustrated and annoyed to say the least. After letting Us know we would be paying a ridiculous interest rate, we decided to check with our credit Union. They got Us a rate half of the Dealerships at 7%. We notified Daniel after numerous phone call attempts that we were approved to purchase the 2016 Dodge Ram at their asking price in which Daniel insisted that the Tracking Device be added and paid for! I refused as I got my own financing through my own Credit Union which holds our retirement & investments. It became evident that we were not going to make a deal regardless we were paying what the Dealership was asking! xxx? How can that happen? It Did!!!! In the meantime, I placed nearly a dozen phone calls to Ammar, and the General Manager , only to get a call 4 hours later. Ammar was apologetic and informed us we didn't have to have the Tracking Device after all ! Are You Kidding Me? After all that ordeal by a inexperienced green Salesman (Daniel). Being Frustrated beyond ...Frustrated...Ammar proceeded to apologize further and "DROPPED THE BOMB" informing me that the truck sold a few hours earlier despite my continued interest & negotiations for the last 4 days! xxx!!!! Are You Kidding me!!!!! I'm sure you can see that this "Dealer Ship of Fools" needs some retraining, organizational & communication skills immediately! Ammar did his best to offer his apologies as we spent hours & days let alone being pressured to purchasing a Tracking System for no reason, and then having the vehicle sold under us and losing our deal completely! xxx! This Sales Staff is in dire need of being re-trained perhaps in a Course of Business Ethics, Morals, & Integrity or a course from Dale Carnegie..."How to Win Friends & Influence People"! Definitely Unprofessional in every regard. Would I recommend Scott Robinson Dodge...."ABSOLUTELY NOT"! I lost out on a deal that should have been a very easy transaction. "BUYER BEWARE"...."YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED"! DO YOUR HOMEWORK, READ REVIEWS CAREFULLY TO AVOID WASTING PRECIOUS TIME, ASK TO DEAL WITH SALES MANAGER AVOIDING INEXPERIENCED SALESMEN LIKE DANIEL ROJAS. Ammar did take responsibility for his inept salesman causing the loss of a deal and a satisfied customer. Overall, the GENERAL MANAGER needs to take responsibility and "GET INVOLVED IN HIS DEALERSHIP" speaking first hand with clients rather than remain behind the "LINE OF ENGAGEMENT"! When Upper Management gets involved on a daily basis and leaves the Golf Clubs in the trunk...you will then have a "TIGHT SHIP OF PROFESSIONALS ...ALL ON BOARD...following a STANDARD OF ETHICS & INTEGRITY! Until then...grab a life vest...get on a lifeboat and row as far away as you can from this "SHIP OF FOOLS"! BEWARE...BEWARE...BEWARE...MAYDAY...YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED...! More

Terriif service from my rep Yeimy Beltran did a terrific job for me explaining what I needed, the costs and we arranged for an appointment when I returned from a holiday. All went smoothly, costs were as predicted and Yeimy arranged for me to be picked up when the car was done. I asked if that would be possible so I could avoid paying for a taxi. That Is the first time I've asked as usually I just wait or arrange another way to pick up my car. But this is expensive work and I never take my 2012 Charger anywhere else. Just terrific service every time. Please stay in business! More

Great Internet Sales Experience Sales staff was great. That being said, I don't really have anything to judge the Service Department against, however, my vehicle was NOT detailed by Sales staff was great. That being said, I don't really have anything to judge the Service Department against, however, my vehicle was NOT detailed by the time that I had left the dealership. Thus my 4 star rating below. In fact, I believe that it was the Sales rep., Anthony who put on the license plate in the rear and washed/vacuumed the vehicle before I left. To Anthony's credit he did apologize and did say that when I had some time to return to the dealership to call him and he would schedule a new car detail for me ... I live in Orange County! Great customer service on his part ... NOT so much for the Service Dept. More
