I specifically said I only wanted warrenty work done as well as specifically said not to touch the park brake. Both instructions were ignored. First, while they fixed the problem the truck went in for, it was done in a way that was considered not under warrenty and I was then charged for the work. I was not asked about it before hand. Second the park brake was activated causing it to return to it's normal function which is not working because one of the shoes has no pad on it, causing it to be out of balance with the opposite side. Third, after it was scheduled for work on a specific day, nothing was even done until 3 days later after I showed up in person to inquire about what was going on. More

I would not recommend them to anyone. I asked to have my brakes checked. According to my inspection my brakes are good but 1mm. The technician that worked on my car created a video of his work. He suggested that I provide more information on the location of a possible leak. I was sitting in the waiting room.
