Dropped off for Wednesday appointment. . Car sat until Friday before being diagnosed. Friday was half day due to Christmas party which made me feel bad picking it up at 12:20 and interrupti . No notice was given until Friday about closing at noon so I rushed to get the car. The car door panels had to be put back on. I had to wait while a service technician was pulled from the party to do this. I asked when car was looked at and was told Friday morning as they were backed up on diagnostics. This is the only car of an 87 year old woman. Were they going to let it sit through Tuesday? I made several calls to check on status starting on Wednesday at 4 pm. i am very disappointed with the communication and delay. Please do better. People cannot be without transportation for reasons like this. More

I was given a drop off time and quoted the approximate time it would take for the repair. It appears the drop off time doesn’t matter and they left my repair for last. I had to call to find out what time time it would take for the repair. It appears the drop off time doesn’t matter and they left my repair for last. I had to call to find out what time to pick up my vehicle and by the time I picked it up it was 8-9 hours later when I was originally quoted 4 hours. I’m unsure the point of scheduling a drop off time if they do whatever they want with the schedule. More
