They fixed my break issues which was great and covered under warranty. However while they had my vehicle I asked for a tire rotation and oil change. I brought my Silverado in for an oil change. On the way home...what a co-inkydink!...my transmission fluid began to leak (unbeknownst to me) and 20miles later, I lose the transmission. xxxx, rig On the way home...what a co-inkydink!...my transmission fluid began to leak (unbeknownst to me) and 20miles later, I lose the transmission. xxxx, right? But the dealer could fix it for only $6,500. (This is a 2012 with 80k on it.) I took the truck to Stily's, who could do it for $3,500. Satisfied customer? No. New transmission after 80k? I don't know if this was Scranton's fault of Chevy's fault, but this is the last Chevy I'll own. (I had a Toyota t-100. Drove it for 28 years, 139k, with never ever a single breakdown, other than the rust that finally took it.) But let me add that the Scranton service dept. was very friendly. More
