I called a few Chevy dealerships near me and was talked to like I was annoying them for calling. However when I brought my car for the appointment, I was blown away by the honesty and kindness they showed me. As a woman, car shops and dealerships are always trying to pull one over on me, these people along with the specific tech who worked on my car treated me with respect and as an equal, and their honesty has made me recommend me to everyone I can talk to about it. Great service department Lauren and Andrew were on top of everything keeping us updated with progress. This was the 4th service department we have dealt with for the same problem.
