The service department took the time to diagnose the issue reported as front end noise. Which turned out to be abnormal tire wear. The best part was the video inspection that I was presented with th issue reported as front end noise. Which turned out to be abnormal tire wear. Horrible experience. I explained that I only had one key for the vehicle I had just purchased and would like another. I waited 3 weeks for the part to come in. I paid $400, and thought it looked funny, there was no place to put a keychain . They then explained that they did not order a key, only a fob, and I would have to purchase that in addition. At no point had anyone ever explained this to me previously. The customer service was horrible for the fourth time, (three previous experiences trying to get them to fix a tire that kept going flat on the truck they had just sold me) and I will never ever go back. I also plan to tell everyone I know that this dealership is horrid. More
