I went for an oil change the other day and requested a tire rotation and a video inspection and I did not receive either. Most places vacuum your car for you but that was not done either which isn’t a hug tire rotation and a video inspection and I did not receive either. No one contacted me to let me know my car was all set. I bought my car there a few months ago so you’d think you’d get good service for all the money you have spent there. More

Not up to par with other dealerships that I have dealt with in the past. They forgot to reassemble some of the parts under warranty and I had to go back and have them do it right. People seemed nice. Took two days to call me to say what they were doing then another two days to actually do the work. The cost was $1200 in mostly labor costs and all they changed was wires.
