I had to call after a day and half to fine about the progress on my 2017 Silverado pick up which went in for an oil change and diagnostics for a check engine light. Very poor communication. People seemed nice. Took two days to call me to say what they were doing then another two days to actually do the work. The cost was $1200 in mostly labor costs and all they changed was wires. Never getting they were doing then another two days to actually do the work. The cost was $1200 in mostly labor costs and all they changed was wires. Never getting a Chevy again if that’s how much it’s going to cost for work on it. More

The gentleman Jonathan was kind enough to actually meet me at my job and early at that so that he could make me the extra key the car was supposed to have came with. He was very professional and showed gre me at my job and early at that so that he could make me the extra key the car was supposed to have came with. He was very professional and showed great customer services skills as well as finished the job in a timely manner.
