Was not pleased at all as it took 3 days, even with an appointment, to replace one airbag on recall. I understand things happen, (employee went home/call out) but that is on day 1. Second day, I called at appointment, to replace one airbag on recall. I understand things happen, (employee went home/call out) but that is on day 1. Second day, I called at approximately 1:15pm to check status and I was told they were currently working on it. I'm then called at 4:45pm that the wrong airbag was ordered and a new one needs to be ordered. Mind you, when I made the appointment I was told it would be at least a day or two before it came in. Now at 4:45 on 2nd day, I was told if I left it there it would be started on the next morning. Why did this new airbag only take less than a day to arrive? Seems fishy to me. Almost as if they didnt want to do the job. Then, I'm told I have a service light on in the vehicle and they can diagnose it for me to see what is causing it but I'll be charged. The audacity to want to charge me seeing that I was VERY flexible and went along with their excuses. Not even an offer of a loaner vehicle while my truck was held hostage for 3 days. Good thing I didnt choose to wait for it as I was told it was about a 1 to 1.5hr job when I made the appointment. Never again!! More

Service visit was horrible I went Monday for appointment they couldn’t fix wrong part came in. Same issue on Wednesday half job done. Must of been a bad day...but Complete joke! Been a customer before the "pandemic" and they were the absolute best! This time 0 stars! Go in for a scheduled appointment for an oil change on a diesel customer before the "pandemic" and they were the absolute best! This time 0 stars! Go in for a scheduled appointment for an oil change on a diesel -yes it's $266.00. I know the cost no issue. Pick up next morning before they open and great my $266 oil change is done but why ask me or offer service and state on the invoice - video inspection and multipoint, I get it courtesy to do but not do it? Had it done in the past. Tire pressures are all off. Had to ask for that to be done. And again I ask did you find anything else wrong with the truck because there is nothing on the invoice?....response is well are you having issues?! Wasn't this discussed when I dropped off the vehicle? Traveling 1100 plus miles in the next 24 hours, scheduled oil change, I know about the recall on the rear defroster but don't have the time (I brought this up - service did not) but please check vehicle so no issues traveling. OK now Great wait another 45 min to have them put air in the tires. Mind you I need to wait till 8 am till they open but was there before to pick it up from it being done yesterday. Reasoning behind courtesy items not being done is they had a vehicle leaking oil at the end of the day yesterday and it was hectic. I am completely disappointed! And no it's not the techs fault (I think it was William so I gave him 5 stars, friendly and most likley was told to do it by upper management) who did come and take the vehicle to put air in the tires. Sure I can do it myself but 5 extra minutes yesterday to look the vehicle over was too much with the hectic end of the day. I know things happen but let the customer know before they pick up the vehicle on off hours next time. common courtesy - just like you state "courtesy items" on the invoice. More
