I brought my truck in for a airbag recall and to get my door handle (wasn’t opening) checked out. After waiting a few hours to get the truck (I know things take time and it can’t be done in minutes) I get door handle (wasn’t opening) checked out. After waiting a few hours to get the truck (I know things take time and it can’t be done in minutes) I get back to the dealership to check on my truck. I see it sitting out back all ready to go, well apparently it wasn’t. I had to wait another 25-30 minutes (no biggie). Finally after sitting there for a while, they come and tell me my trucks all good to go. I get in and start it, drive to the entrance of the dealership and notice my tints been ripped right in middle of the window. I turn around and go back in like anyone would and I tell my frustration to the employee behind the counter. She totally understands and gets the manager Tony. Tony came out and I showed him what the issue was. We talked about it and discussed what options there were to replacing it or a partial refund or anything like that. We come to an agreement on the dealership just reimbursing me for a window tint done elsewhere as long as I bring in the receipt. But before we shake hands and make the deal official, he has to check the cameras to make sure the tint was fine when the truck was dropped off, again I totally understand and I sit back down in the waiting area. Well this turned into about an hour long wait, so I walk up to the kind young women working behind the counter and ask for Tony. She comes back quickly and says Tony’s kind of busy right now is there anything I can help you with? So I have her ask Tony how long I’m supposed to wait for this film to be done. Well her answer is where it gets frustrating, I find out MORE then an hour later that the guy that can rewind the footage isn’t even at work. So now I’m frustrated because I waited an hour+ for someone that’s not even in the building. So I ask to talk to Tony and once again he’s to busy but now he agrees to the deal and just to let the lady at the front know when my appointment is and when I could come back with the receipt. Fast forward 2 days and I get my window done and go back to the dealership with the receipt. The women at the front makes a copy and tells me that Tony will send out the check next week because it was already Friday. Whatever, at this point when it comes it comes. So the following week, nothing. I call and ask to talk to the same women that had helped me with the situation the week prior. It took her less then three days to get the check to my mailbox with AMAZING customer service the whole time. Still to this day haven’t heard back from Tony. More

Oil and filter change was $49.95 on a new 2020 car. A little bit expensive but they did a good job. However, the basic car wash was $39.95 and I had to return the car because the windows were super dirty little bit expensive but they did a good job. However, the basic car wash was $39.95 and I had to return the car because the windows were super dirty and the vacuum was like a 12 years old did it. This was super expensive, doesn't include the trunk or cleaning the car inside, only a vacuum and it was really bad. The young lady in the front desk was very professional and understanding and took my car in again. For the price, I will NEVER use that car wash again. More

At this point I really wouldn’t I have been bringing my Truck to this Service Center and I am so upset as well as disappointed......... I can’t say that....... it’s disappointing all the $$ I have spent and 1/2 of the work wasn’t even necessary......... Really disappointed. I sent all the information about my complaints to the GM and the service manager and still haven’t gotten a response. Then on the check out for my bill, there was a charge for Shop supp complaints to the GM and the service manager and still haven’t gotten a response. Then on the check out for my bill, there was a charge for Shop supplies. I asked what this entails and why it was 40 dollars. The only answer I was given was that’s the way it is. The whole experience was very unprofessional. My main complaint starts with the job that I had on my timing belt. The cover either was broke or was broken during the removal or reinstallation. I did not get a straight answer about this. Your dealership did not have the part this leaving me without my vehicle. Then when I inquired about a rental, I got a look and attitude from the service advisor that I just said the most idiotic thing she had ever heard. Overall, I just cannot understand how you start a job without the tools and parts needed to complete said job. I had made this appointment over a week ago. I understand that some parts may be obscure with no track record of failing. But nevertheless, on a job like a timing belt not having the part to go on it means the vehicle is inoperable. Very disappointed by my whole experience and don’t think I’ll continue business with this dealership. More
