I had way above average service. I brought my truck in a for transmission vibration that wasn’t a recall but was affecting Chevy colorados, radio touchscreen issues and a 3 year service. They changed the trans fluid with the new recommended fluid and told me my phone was interfering with the radio. And only charged me for the oil change. Amazing. They also full explained everything. The service was prompt. I scheduled my service for 3pm. I always drop it off on days I work so if there is a open slot your team can fit it in. My trucks service was completed by 10am. My problem is NOT fixed! I brought my 2015 Cruze in because there was a fault somewhere, causing the tablet in the dash to blink on and off. Although that have made good, they charged for parts that were not installed and over charged fir labor. No service label was installed on my windshield and the old one was never removed. I will not be returning to this dealership. I have to say that Ben, the service advisor that I worked with, was a very nice gentleman. However, I've never been told "I can't answer that" or "I don't have any that Ben, the service advisor that I worked with, was a very nice gentleman.
