I brought our Acadia in for tire rotation, oil change, fluid change While there the inspection showed it needed rear brakes also and I was glad they could schedule the brake service and have a loaner car for my use that day. My only complaint was with the car wash/interior clean/and tire detailing. While the tire detailing was excellent, and the interior clean was good, they appeared to wash the car very quickly and missed several areas. Perhaps it was their last cleaning on Friday evening. Anyway I came home and proceeded to finish the car wash in my driveway. I have been to many dealers over the years and I must say Tammy is the best service advisor that I have ever had. She is professional, thorough, kind, and helpful. Thank you for your quality staff in the service department. More

Another excellent visit to Scranton service to get my truck taken care of. In for an oil change tire rotation battery change as well as a recall that was issued by Chevy. As always, I checked i to get my truck taken care of. In for an oil change tire rotation battery change as well as a recall that was issued by Chevy. As always, I checked in quickly and courteously, clarified what was needed to be done for the day and told me the time when it would be ready. No trouble getting work done, even appreciated the little video sent to show me the status of my vehicle. Prices are excellent staff is professional, wouldn't have anyone else work on my truck. Wish I could give kudos to the tech as well, but I don't know who it was. Truck was returned clean no surprises. More
