Bad service experience Went there to have a key programmed and I waited 2 hours for them to tell me they couldn’t do it. I have a dodge Dakota and you would think that they Went there to have a key programmed and I waited 2 hours for them to tell me they couldn’t do it. The lady told me that they couldn’t get the keys to work that it would need a diagnostic check to see if the module was working or not... well wouldn’t you think that they would have done that in the first place... further more they charged me 63.00 service fee which I intend to get back when I speak to the corporate office..
