I have been working with your dealership since July regarding a claim for repairs through Warranty Solutions. I am completely frustrated and will be looking for an alternate dealer to work with. I did not expect this level of customer service from any Cadillac dealer. Extremely disappointed! No one returns calls - I made a call direct to Warranty Solutions - they have a claim open and are still waiting on photos to be provided ~ that is 2 sets of photos that have yet to be submitted More

Your Service Writer, Amanda Soucie, is much more than what her title depicts! I bring my vehicle into the bay, she reads the computer with “that gadget,” and then listens to my story of complaints..... what her title depicts!
