David, While I'm glad to hear the leak was fixed, I am very sorry that everything wasn't properly cleaned up afterwards and you were left to take care of it yourself. You're right, although the technician may have checked for any more active leaks, they clearly missed the oil that had leaked during the repair. We appreciate you for taking the time to let us know about this. The service director will certainly want to address this with the staff to make sure they are more thorough in the future, and things like this do not continue to happen.
