They kept my car for two days and did not perform the service I requested. There was not adequate communication from the service manager. When I asked to speak to supervisor, I was not transferred. I brought my car in to have an oil leak fixed. A day after getting the car back I found a puddle of oil under the car. About 4" diameter. I jacked the car up to investigate. When the mechanic took off and resealed the timing cover, the oil dripped on to the plastic cover under the engine. I removed and cleaned the cover myself. I am disappointed that this was left for me to do. Unfortunately I could not be another week without my car or I would have brought it back. The paperwork from the dealership stated that they did check for leaks after the repair was done. This step was clearly missed. More
The service department took my vehicle in with just a phone call and no appointment. It 2as immediately analyzed and I was told they would back to me about what the codes were. I had already paid 600 to have it analyzed so I knew what was wrong. But it took over a week for me to get a call telling me what I already knew. I was told the following Friday the part was going to be overnight delivery and that Monday it would be done. I called that Monday and was told not ready but would be by Tuesday between 4 and 5. I showed up at 445 Tuesday and was told not done and I should have waited for a call. Now that was the 12th day since I brought it in so I went back home and got a call Wednesday the mechanic was working on my Van and within two hrs it was done. It was only a two hour job that took 13 days to do. Sad, very sad. When I got there to pick up my vehicle it was ready , but they had not done the oil and lube job I requested when I brought it in. I was told I could come back another day to have it done. Another sad moment. Because it should have gotten done but I had to take it elsewhere to get done and waste another half day. More
Sierra was very helpful & “sold” me the car. I was not planning to get a new one for two months. Evan, too was very helpful in all the financials.
