I've been bringing my 2012 Sierra truck for service from the day I bought it,they refused to wash it because of my vent shades on the windows. If I could rate lower I would. Paid way more for service originally than I should have. The the original service was not done correctly causing transmission issues. Caused us to change plans we had because we where afraid to drive the car. Was also quoted a price for brake job that was twice what it should be. When I questioned it the price dropped. But I will not get them do there. The person that help me on this visit to fix the issue from my first visit was apologetic and very knowledgeable. But I am so upset from the service we received on first visit. I will only go there for warranty issues. And my not buy or lease car again from Scranton More

Hands down the best dealership experience I have ever had! They do not rob you like let's say Balise of Springfield and West Springfield by over charging you and giving you a vague description of what's had! I went in for a standard oil change and have my toes checked. They did check my tires and found I was at the point where it is suggested to replace. (.432) There was a recall to update that was discover checked. They did check my tires and found I was at the point where it is suggested to replace. (.432) There was a recall to update that was discovered, along with a sensor on one of the tires. My experience was a comfortable wait in the lobby watching movies on my tablet using their Wi-Fi. The Tires had a discount and a $100.00 Rebate. The recall, sensor, and oil change were all covered by the Warranty, and the car was washed prior to return. Prior to returning the car it was discovered that one of the tires had a "Spin Balance" issue. So it was determined that I should take a loaner for the night. They offered to bring my car to me and pick up the loaner, I declined. As I stated, everything was all set, and my car is great as they have all been. This is my 4th Cadillac, (3rd from Scranton), and I have no desire to go anywhere else. The Service Technician David, was the absolute best! Courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and did not miss a beat with providing me with all that I was entitled to. As a team, he and Beverly were on point with everything I needed. I have had, minus standard maintenance and factory recalls, "No Issues" with any of the 3 Cadillacs I have bought from Scranton. I repeat, No mechanical issues at all with any of them. This experience is just another of many great service experiences. More
