Absolutely terrible experience got quoted for work to be done on my vehicle scheduled the work I got a call the morning my vehicle was finished went there to pay and bill Was $700 more than what I got quot done on my vehicle scheduled the work I got a call the morning my vehicle was finished went there to pay and bill Was $700 more than what I got quoted nobody even called to tell me I wouldn’t even of done the work if I do known this was gonna happen last time I will use Scranton motors More

I have used this service department a few times. One time was great. One time was acceptable. One time was not so good. The people are very friendly. Simple services such as oil changes tend to take an exces was great. One time was acceptable. One time was not so good. The people are very friendly.
