We just posted the response below to your review on Google, I will repost it here for your convenience. ------ I apologize for the delay in responding to your review, I wanted to speak to the service director personally to get all the relevant details. After speaking with Rob (the service manager you spoke to) and reviewing the phone calls with our service department, we believe we found where the confusion came from. When you came in to have your remote starter checked out, it was determined that the BCM module was defective, possibly due to the low voltage, and was not related to the battery replacement on your previous visit. Because the vehicle was out of warranty, you were quoted a price of $685 +tax to fix the BCM. The $450 you were quoted was to fix the starter if you opted to do that as well (which we did not end up doing). So when you authorized the BCM to be fixed, you authorized the $685 +tax, not $450 +tax. I apologize if the different dollar figures led to some confusion and feeling as though you were overcharged. If you would like to speak to our Service Director, he would be happy to discuss with you further. We are also more than happy to send you the call recording itself if you would like. If you would like to pursue either of these options, please just give us a call at 860-872-9145, and ask for Mike Conlon. Or if you prefer, I can have Mike reach out to you - simply respond to this review and let us know the date & time that is most convenient , and I will have him reach out to discuss further.
