Scranton Motors has been, far and above,fair with me. When my car would not start in a parking lot, Scranton Motors immediately sent out a mechanic to get me started. Jeff at Scranton sent out a towing truck to take it in They gave me a loaner for the several days it took to determine the problem and order the parts. Received price 3 times for my 2nd oil change and tire rotation , work was fine, when I go to pick it up the price increased from $120 to $136. Asst. All employees are friendly and courteous. My first oil change was on them I was greeted and car serviced quickly and washed and vacuumed for me. I asked questions that were answered.
