I had called to get my brakes done right before New Years, giving them very little notice. Fortunately, they were able to get the parts needed and replace my breaks in just a day. Beverly and Oscar were fantastic and helped us with our situation immediately. They diagnosed the issue and was able to fix the problems right away. You CAN'T find great customer service anymore these days but apparently they are still out there, and your dealership is one of them, especially Beverly and Oscar. Excellent advisor very helpful and met timing stated for service. At time of purchase I bought the extended warranty to 100k miles. I expected not to pay for a sensor issue that was corrected with a AE u service. At time of purchase I bought the extended warranty to 100k miles. I expected not to pay for a sensor issue that was corrected with a AE update however was told unless a part is replaced it does not qualify for the extended warranty. You charged me $140 for 1 hour which is higher than your displayed price. Discussed with advisor with no reailution More
