Avoid!!! Scranton caused over $3,000 of damage to my vehicle. They also charged me for unauthorized service. I filed a complaint with the DMV and they lied to Scranton caused over $3,000 of damage to my vehicle. They also charged me for unauthorized service. I filed a complaint with the DMV and they lied to the DMV. I have since learned that complaints should be filed with the Department of Consumer Protection, which is able to conduct investigations. Too many other issues to list here. AVOID! Also, check the CT Court system website to get more info about them so you know what you're getting into. They have been sued multiple times since 2018! More

Highly disappointed Had Buick Eclave in 1 year ago to replace steering parts under recall. Last week the steering wheel locked up while driving twice. Had to wait a week to get appointment and scared to drive vehicle. 24 hours after ascheduled appointment I’m Advice they can’t reproduce problem, nothing they can do. $150 and not even a complimentary car wash. Took to another mechanic who said this is under warranty & explained they sent me away with no guidance on what to do. Highly disappointed & still don’t have a car I can trust to drive! Never trust this service department. More
