Not helpful at all!! I purchased my 2020 Acadia Denali on December 27 2019. The dealership offered me all weather mats for my car in my deal to buy the car. I was thrilled I purchased my 2020 Acadia Denali on December 27 2019. The dealership offered me all weather mats for my car in my deal to buy the car. I was thrilled . 2 1/2 weeks later no mats , so I called to find out where they might be. I called parts department and they had no record of my mats. They told me call service. So I did, my salesman David was on vacation for a months and the other salesman Evan was in the hospital. They referred me to a gentleman named Ron. He told me the mats never got ordered and he would. Get them ordered for me. Great. A week later I had to call to see if the mats were in. And they were . No call from dealership. I went to pick them up and the first and second row mats were fine but third row was incorrect. Talked with Evan and he said he would oreder the correct ones for me. It’s now a week later and I call dealership to find out about my mats, and only Evan can help me. He is with a customer, never returns my call. One month later still trying to get my mats. Ridiculous! No problem promising me the moon when they are trying to get my money, once they get it, they could care less about me. Terrible customer service. More

I've brought my car in for service 7 times since I bought it (3 years old with 38K miles) and it's been nothing but excuses and apologies from the service group each time. Once my warranty is up...I will not go back. More

I was charged 50.00 to be told my broken seatbelts was not under warranty. My low oil problem was never checked. Rude employees just laugh when you say your over charged. I was using another GMC dealer closer to my home and lost confidence with them. Since I switched to Scranton I can comfortably bring my vehicles there and not worry.
