Painless air bag recall visit Arrived at 720am, grabbed a coffee from the wait area, then was processed quickly and then driven to my work, ended up arriving 15 min early! By 915 the air bag was replaced and at my request I was picked up at my work and drove my car back to work and was able to drive home at my normal time. Overall very satisfied, Scranton Motors has always been a excellent dealership in my opinion. More

Great Service but slow. I have taken my suburban since it was brand new to Scranton motors for service. I have always been very happy with the service at that dealership. The only complaint I have is that it takes forever to get work done. For example I had an 830 appointment for a simple oil change and tire rotation I showed up at 8:15 and I didn’t leave the dealership till 10 AM. More
