After years of questionable service at another dealer, I had lost confidence in my mechanic and was stressed out about it. I travel so much & I don’t have the time to worry about if my truck is running righ had lost confidence in my mechanic and was stressed out about it. I’m soo relieved that I will never go to any other GMC dealer service for my truck. More

The whole service experience from start to finish is excellent. Dan is an excellent service writer and Rob does a superb job over seeing the entire operation. I dealt mostly with David who was awesome but I also spoke with other service members who were just as polite and made sure I had all the right information. I was going to a different dealership to service my truck because the other one is closer but I was tired of my truck not getting fixed the right way and also it took weeks to get an apt. Scranton took my truck right away as I had to get my truck towed there and they looked at it right away and was able to fix it as well. Seeing I use my truck for work it was awesome to have it fixed right away. I am switching and now going to go to Scranton for all my service needs and will also look to get my next truck from them More
