David, the services manager helping me, was great to work with. Although my issues were hard to diagnose and subsequently fix David communicated often and adjusted schedules to limit any inconvenience on me. with. Brought my car in for service for a rough idle, car felt like it was ready to stall when in gear and stopped. I had a 10:30 appointment on 8/8/22 and I got there just after 10:00. My service advisor David R like it was ready to stall when in gear and stopped. I had a 10:30 appointment on 8/8/22 and I got there just after 10:00. My service advisor David Rogers said that it would be approximately 1 and 1/2 hours for the diagnosis and he would call me. Approximately 5 hours later I received a call saying that it was a bad motor mount. I told David that I had the motor mounts replaced about a year ago. David claimed the technician said that the right side motor mount looked brand new. If this was the case than the left motor mount would have been the original mount when the car was built. I told David to have the motor mount replaced and document everything and that I want the old part and the price was 1076.66 and this should solve the problem and the car would be ready the next day. On 8/9/22 at approximately 3pm David called and said the car will not be ready that day that the technician leaves at 4pm and that he did not want to rush him, frustrated there was nothing I could do except pay yet another day of a rental car. On 8/10 at approximately 9:30am I called David and told him I needed the car back by noon, he would check and call me back. David called back and said the car was ready. We picked up the car at approximately 11:00am. When we went to pick up the car David said that the motor mount that was replaced had a cut locator pin. David said that when it was installed they may have cut the pin, may have made it easier to install. These are David’s words, not mine. The bottom line here is that I paid 1076.66 and the car still idle’s rough, absolutely no improvement at all and I felt that the job was a waste of money. I was very suspicious that I have owned the car since 2012 and that if it was the original part than it was cut at the factory when installed and that I should have been complaining years ago. I texted back the dealership when they thanked me for my business saying that I was not happy. On 08/11/22 I called David Rogers and left a message on his answering machine that I was not happy and as of today 8/13 I have not heard back from him or the dealership. More
