This is a service dept that really seems to have the customer's concern as a focal point. Ashley did her best to get my appointment scheduled for as soon as possible, considering very short notice. Davi customer's concern as a focal point. Ashley did her best to get my appointment scheduled for as soon as possible, considering very short notice. David Rogers displays good professional courtesy and patience trying to understand the issue while trying to figure out the solution with his mechanical team. All work done thus far has been exemplary. This department has gained my trust, which is not an easy task to accomplish. I feel fortunate that I purchased the Colorado from Scranton and have their Vernon Service Center to help me out. More

I wasn't happy that the service department claimed to be short handed which causes a tech to rush the cars in and out faster than they should be .the service tech had to work on a different car.which ment short handed which causes a tech to rush the cars in and out faster than they should be .the service tech had to work on a different car.which ment my vehicle got pushed to the side.which in turn caused me to be without a vehicle for 3 days because I made an appointment on a friday.but they were able to figure the problem out a get the vehicle back to me.
