The weather has definitely created some challenges, but we should have been more conscientious and made sure your vehicle was not adversely affected. Can I really get a complimentary "car" wash when the vehicle you serviced was a 16' box van? But if the offer is still on, I will take you up on it. My box van didn't have to go to the back of the lot in the mud puddle when more than 1/2 of your lot is empty because you only have used cars & trucks to sell.
