I brought my car in to have the brakes serviced because they were making a squeaky sound, $900.00 later and after being told that the issue was resolved and there was no more noise. I brought my 2020 Silverado 1500 3.0 Duramax in for warranty work. The service advisor was extremely professional and took the time to explain everything. Though, my problem wasn't solved on this vis warranty work. The service advisor was extremely professional and took the time to explain everything. Though, my problem wasn't solved on this visit, they scheduled me for another day (I ran out of time and had to leave) and thy offered me a loaner car to use next time. The service advisor had my truck washed and cleaned prior to me leaving the service department. Very nice perk that this place offers. I look forward to having them earn my business when I'm ready to purchase my next new by. More

I will never use your service dept again. I went in for a recall which I believe was taken care of? But who knows? And I asked them to look at why my stabilitrak lights were on? They told me it was the rear recall which I believe was taken care of? But who knows? And I asked them to look at why my stabilitrak lights were on? They told me it was the rear wheel bearing. Which I had replaced by Scranton’s October 2019. At 1st I was told no I had the front replaced. I looked at my paperwork & it was the rear! So I said I believe it should be under warranty & I was told only 2 years it was covered. But I look up tge GM warranty & it says lifetime!!!!!!! More

They were friendly efficient and the pricing was reasonable. I came to this dealership because another Cadillac dealership gave an astronomical quote for a repair. Scranton Cadillac provided a quote reasonable. I came to this dealership because another Cadillac dealership gave an astronomical quote for a repair. Scranton Cadillac provided a quote for the same repair over $100 less than that quoted price. I appreciate honest and reasonable pricing and they provided it. More
