Few days ago my 99 ml 430 transmission went out, so it was definitely time for a new one. Called John and within a day got approved for a newer ML. Am guessing I wouldn’t have called him had the services he provided were terrible or mediocre. My buddy had a steal on his car and so did I. I met John Mulligan at Sears sales, he was very friendly and professional. Immediately I test drove the GLE, I knew it was the car for me. John gave me all the pertinent information I needed and by the next day I was back to purchase my new car. I joked that i wanted my car wrapped up with a bow and to my surprise, my car was presented with a bow, a personalized message on the board and Logan, a dedicated tech guru was there to walk me through the gadgets.
