Trusted Relationship I had no idea what a pleasure it would be to work with Soroush and Sears Imported Autos. My wife and daughter had worked with Soroush before and reco I had no idea what a pleasure it would be to work with Soroush and Sears Imported Autos. My wife and daughter had worked with Soroush before and recommended him. I had no idea how far he would go to make it a simple and easy process. We test drove the car, which was in great condition and at a text book fair market price for its model, miles and condition, learned all we needed to know about the warranty and the certified pre-owned program, and the only thing I had to get over was my own guilt for buying such a wonderful car! The purchase decision was a practical and not extravagant choice, as it turned out. Soroush connected us with Kelly and we got through the finance and purchase process in what seemed to me to be record time. I think it's just the way they do things as Sears. They think of the customer differently than the other dealers I have worked with. I had a couple questions after I drove the car home and both Soroush and Kelly went out of their way to follow up with me. My daughter wanted to borrow one of those big red bows so she could take a Christmas picture with her (GLK) car, and Soroush let us take it home and bring it back later in the week! Brian did an amazing job I've always driven Mercedes but never went to a dealer because I had a few bad thoughts about buying from a dealership. I stopped by to ask a couple questions after going far north to look at a Mercedes SUV that I found on craigslist. I was frustrated and decided to get off the highway, knowing I couldn't afford a SUV off the lot. Boy was I wrong. I meet Brian, he instantly made me feel comfortable. Brian explained everything to me, letting me know that my thoughts for years was wrong about dealerships. Brian spent about 2 hours with me. By the time I left there this man had me laughing and feeling like I could someday have a new one off the lot. Brian worked so hard with me and kelp it so real with me that today I feel like I have a new friend. I loved his uplifting sprit and how he worked so hard for me.
