This dealership has multiple questionable practices like charging $499 for a "security package" (aka etching a few things that likely costs the dealer $30) that is basically useless as any auto insurance al charging $499 for a "security package" (aka etching a few things that likely costs the dealer $30) that is basically useless as any auto insurance already covers theft. They also push more than $5000 in extended warranty coverage and try to downplay Hyundai's "industry's best warranty" having you initial and sign to deny their obscenely expensive extended warranty coverage. This dealership is owned by the Walen family that has a long reputation of sleazy dealings and complaints. So buyer beware. More

Kacy was really kind and polite, and helped us get a 'fair' deal trading in our '22 Sante Fe Hybrid for a '20 Kona. We had a stressful time after our new car was broken into, and the dealership had us come back due to them mistakenly forgetting a form we needed to sign during our first visit, the dealership isn't closeby and they would've had us come back a third time for plates had I not asked for them to be mailed to us instead... The dealership itself wasn't maintained well customer service wise. The refreshments were dirty and out of order essentially (missing stuff, empty and dirty) and the bathroom wasn't well kept either. The dealership has excessive vagrants and trash nearby, it doesn't feel safe to browse or go to for maintenance if we had to drop our car off for instance. Not our idea of customer service forward...
