I bought my car here 3, almost 4 years ago and I’ve had issues since month 13. I had a Pwertrain DTC, gave the code to the service agent, and then spent 5, almost 6 hours for an oil change, filter change, issues since month 13. One month later, the same code kicked back on and now I’m having more issues than before. I’m beyond disappointed and will NOT be coming back. More

Was told I would have my car the next day, it took a week to finally get it. We had to wait in the dealership for over 8 hours just to go through the purchasing paperwork. Nobody bothered to tell me it was to finally get it. We had to wait in the dealership for over 8 hours just to go through the purchasing paperwork. Nobody bothered to tell me it was a diesel only car, I found out the hard way and 600$ later. Was told I would get notified when my plates were ready, didn't happen and had to call them. They forgot to get my proof of address to my loan company, got a call a few weeks later telling me they needed my proof of address immediately or I was going to lose my car. I can't say enough to try to convince you not to go here. More
