The oil change was the most I have ever paid. I was provided a list of repairs that needed to be done immediately(red), and repairs in the near future (yellow). One of the immediate repairs was a turn up as part of the 60,000 mile maintenance. I took my van to another repair shop and they did the research for the manufacturer suggested maintenance schedule. A tune up is supposed to be done at 100,000 miles. At least 2,of the repair item listed were supposed to be done at 60,000 miles but were listed as needed to be done in the future. The total immediate repairs were going to total in excess of $3000. The shop I took it to quoted half that amount that would include the necessary $60 k maintenance and other immediate repair items . I do not trust Seattle Jeep and will not return. More
Calling to set up my appointment was easy. When I dropped my vehicle off for maintenance, I gave them My new phone number, I called before they were closing to find out the had been ready, but they did not save my new number. The work done seems to be great quality, its the receptionists/handlers that seem to be the issue. More

the service folks and the recall work was 5 star! Only reason I gave 4 is that I didn't get a call back when I left a message with the service manager. Incompetence or not wanting to do the job. No return phone calls, no updates on problems. This is a brand new truck with many issues. After two visits one problem is resolved.
